Athletics at Covenant
The Athletics Program at CCA seeks to support the Academys mission to build students academic, spiritual, and social foundations by providing a program where students may engage in interscholastic competition. Our students athletes strive to compete with excellence in skill and in Christian character.
Athletics is highly valued by our student body and participation is greatly encouraged. CCA provides competitive opportunities to all students who desire to participate, not just the exceptional. Our coaches focus on developing fundamental skills, good sportsmanship, and Christ-like character while promoting the joy of the game through competition and team play.
Over 75 percent of the upper school students participate in athletics during the course of the year on thirteen different teams; many students play multiple seasons. We compete with many area independent and public schools.
